School Fees Payment Policy

Kopano School offers a variety of payment options and discounts for school fees.

Payment Options

• Annual Payment: Pay the full annual fee on or before January 30th to receive an 8% discount. If the annual amount is not paid by this date, the account will automatically switch to a 12-month plan.
• Monthly Payment: Fees are paid over 11 months, from January to November. Monthly fees are due on or before the 1st of each month.
• Termly Payments: Fees can be paid in full for the term or in three equal installments. The full year’s fees must be paid by the end of the year.
• Std. 7 Fees: Fees for Standard 7 students must be paid in full before the PSLE exams, or the student will not be permitted to write the exams.

Discounts

• Sibling Discount: An 8% discount is offered for the first two children, and a 10% discount is available for the third or fourth child enrolled.
• Family Loyalty Discount: A 5% discount is available for family members with the same surname, with proof of relation required.
• Alumni Loyalty Discount: Kopano School alumni receive a 5% discount.
• Government Employees: All government employees are eligible for a 5% discount with proof of employment.
• Corporate Discount: A 5% discount is offered for groups of 10 or more children who are employees’ children.

Payment Policy

• Overdue Accounts: Parents will be contacted about outstanding fees and given a maximum two-week deadline to pay. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the child’s suspension until all fees are paid.
• Withdrawal: One full term’s notice, in writing, is required before a child is withdrawn from the school. If proper notice is not given, a full term’s fee will be charged
